Our original kickboxing workout, proven to burn up to 1,000 calories per class. We’ve got cardio, strength, and all the kicks and punches you could ask for. In shape? Out of shape? Advanced? Brand-new to kickboxing? Doesn’t matter. This workout is meant for anyone at any fitness level. It’s safe, fun, and a great way to get your sweat on.

I love Fierce Fitness. It honestly has been life changing for me. I struggle with a lot of mental health issues due to a lot of trauma in my life. Fierce Fitness has been a safe place for me to relieve anxiety, anger, and stress. Not only has it made me physically more strong but also mentally strong.
