Our original kickboxing workout designed for both solo and partner butt-kicking, proven to burn up to 1,000 calories per class. We’ve got cardio, strength, and all the kicks and punches you could ask for. In shape? Out of shape? Advanced? Brand-new to kickboxing? Doesn’t matter. This workout is meant for anyone at any fitness level. It’s safe, fun, and a great way to get your sweat on.
If it’s time to amp up your workout, get yourself out of a fitness rut, or just try something new, HIIT Boxing is where you want to be. This class offers small-group private training for the price of regular group classes.
You’ll get the feel of a private lesson with a team that’s got your back. We’ll hit the bags, we’ll hit the floor, medballs, racks and don’t forget about our battle ropes! High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) at its finest with a kickboxing twist. This class has it all.

I love Fierce Fitness. It honestly has been life changing for me. I struggle with a lot of mental health issues due to a lot of trauma in my life.
