Our original kickboxing workout is designed for anyone at any fitness level, age and athletic ability. It’s safe, fun, and a great way to get your sweat on.
Here’s what to bring to your first class:
- Athletic clothes and CLEAN athletic shoes
- Water Bottle
- Towel/Ab Mat (optional)
Boxing gloves? No worries, we’ve got you covered with a complementary pair for your first time. All classes are 50 minutes long — we highly recommend having a pre-workout snack before you jump in!
Most of all your first class is about having fun!
