Our original kickboxing workout, proven to burn up to 800 calories per class. It’s got cardio, strength training, core work, and all the kicks and punches you could ask for. In shape? Out of shape? Advanced? Brand-new to kickboxing? Doesn’t matter. This workout is meant for anyone at any skill and fitness level. It’s safe, fun, and a great way to get your sweat on.
